This kit is designed for cutting, scoring and shaping Aluminium Composite Materials (ACM) using flat bottom V-grooves. The V-shaped grooves remove the aluminium cover and some polyethylene core, allowing the material to be folded or creased. ACM is widely used in wall panel fabrication, and a range of interior and exterior cladding applications, such as office buildings, hospitals, airports and hotels.

This three piece set is made up of the following carbide tipped v-groove router bits:
90 deg x 0.09" tip width x 1/2 dia x 13/64 x 1/2" shank
108 deg x 0.09" tip width x 1/2 dia x 5/32 x 1/2" shank
135 deg x 0.078" tip width x 3/4 dia x 1/8 x 1/2" shank
