Designed for mini spoil board surfacing, rabbeting, fly cutting, slab levelling, and surface planing, the solid carbide router cutter features a 2+2 insert knife design with two cutting flutes and two up-shear scorers. The design provides a smoother finish at the bottom of the cut compared to traditional two-knife style router bits, as well as better clearance for 90° corners.

These cutters have use solid carbide insert knives with four cutting edges. For extended tool lifetime, simply rotate the insert when one side becomes dull.

It is ideal for a wide range of CNC applications including resurfacing spoil boards, planing large glued-up panels, surfacing and finishing wood using timber slab machines, rabbeting or slotting.

* Use lower CNC spindle RPM and adjusted feed-rate to prevent melting and adhesion of the acrylic material to the tool.

Suitable for use with CNC Routers, handheld routers and router tables. Also suitable for router sled machines. Warning: make sure that your router sled rails are fully stable and squared.
