These spiral-flute bits combine a shearing action for a clean, accurate cut with an augering action for chip clearance. The "up-cut" does as it says and cuts from the bottom, pulling chips upwards as it cuts. This enables deeper penetration while reducing stress on the tool, making this perfect for mortising. These router bits are manufactured in solid carbide for long tool life, even when used in abrasive material. The polished flutes and razor sharp cutting edges produce superior results.

These bits are primarily for CNC use and are ideal for production settings. They are great for cutting grooves and dado cuts, and are excellent for particleboard, plywood and laminate.

• Coating prevents high heat and oxidation which is detrimental to cutting tool performance.
• Multi-colored hues, while attractive, will dissipate upon use and yet coating will remain fully effective.
• nACo offers approximately 4,500 Vickers for impressive solid hardness on cutting areas of the tool, for an increase up to 2.5 times compared to uncoated bits.
