Pull and push
Each tooth has three cutting edges. This tooth design produces a fast and very clean cut, both on the pull and the push stroke.
A saw for all seasons
The low friction PTFE coating not only protects the blade from corrosion, it also makes it glide through even wet timbers.
Staying sharp for longer
The technologically advanced diamond grinding process ensures a precise tooth form, with impulse hardening offering greater durability and longer life.
More than a saw
Fitted with a heavy duty two part comfort handle that incorporates 45° and 90° angles for fast marking out.
Package deal comprises two Axcaliber FineLine PTFE Coated Handsaws: 11tpi - 500mm (20") and 7tpi - 550mm (22").
With their razor sharp, triple diamond ground teeth these saws cut with an amazing speed. The blades are 1mm thick steel and have a low friction PTFE coating that also protects against corrosion. The teeth are electronically hardened and diamond ground. Each saw has a heavy duty, 2-part comfort handle that incorporates 45° and 90° angles. The shorter 500mm long saw features 11tpi, offering a fine finish when crosscutting. The longer 550mm saw performs particularly well on thicker timber with its 7tpi producing a fast smooth cutting action.
