Despite being the smallest panel saw in the Axminster Professional range, the AP254CPS is an excellent medium sized saw that meets the demands of a busy workshop to deliver precision, reliability and accuracy in a compact footprint.
Solid build quality
The saw features a solid steel frame, with a 800 x 354mm cast iron main table, 800 x 330mm side extension and motor chassis for long term reliability and increased stability that helps to reduce vibration.
Powerful motor
The 2.5kW motor powers the 254mm blade, spinning at 4,000rpm for clean, precise cuts through a variety of materials.
Generous capacity
With up to 610mm of rip capacity and cutting width, plus with a maximum depth of cut of 80mm at 90° and 56mm at 45°, it handles a wide range of cutting tasks with ease. Additionally, smooth tilt adjustment from 0° to 45° makes it simple to cut at angles.
Precision sliding table
The smooth sliding table measures 1,300 x 270mm with a 1,250mm stroke, perfect for sheet work and repeatable accuracy.
Heavy duty fence system
The heavy duty fence system features a triangular aluminium extruded hi-low rail, secured to the main body with three quick-action clamps for ease. Plus, the mitre fence includes an angle scale to make working with smaller pieces a breeze.
Dust extraction
Dust extraction is handled via 100mm and 63mm outlets, requiring 1,000 m³/hr airflow helping to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
