The AP305SBD Table Saw is robustly engineered and has an excellent capacity, making it invaluable for the professional workshop. It boasts an impressive 103mm depth of cut and a generous ripping width of 1,300mm with the included right hand extension table. This table saw will become an integral machine in the workshop, able to handle most pieces from sheet material to solid timber.
It's constructed on a heavy gauge steel chassis, with a cast iron table on top, providing smooth machining and reduced vibration over a long machine lifespan. The trunnion assembly and motor are mounted independently on the chassis rather than the table, relieving stress on the underside of the table and ensuring the table remains flat over time.
The AP305SBD is supplied with twin extension tables which can be configured in multiple ways, increasing it's versatility. Both tables can be mounted on the right hand side, offering an extended surface area which is ideal for cutting larger panels. Alternatively, it can be set up with the tables either side of the saw, making the AP305SBD into a more conventional cabinet maker's saw bench.
A quality mitre fence runs in T-slot grooves provided on both sides of the blade. The full length fence is a rigid T-style which locks at the front, adjustment is smooth and easy. The rip fence comes with a Hi/Lo aluminium auxiliary fence, for ripping and close to the blade work.
The 2.5kw induction motor offers the power needed. Two point dust extraction is via a 63mm connection on the blade guard hose combined with a 100mm outlet at the rear of the machine. Connection to a suitable extractor is recommended.
The AP305SBD is compatible with a dado blade. Optional accessories for this machine include a Dado Blade Table Insert and a Sliding Table.
N.B. This Machine requires a 16amp supply and it's recommended that a C Type breaker is used, if you are unsure please contact a qualified electrician.
