Our sash clamps have been fully tested and proved in our own workshop. The heads and tail slides are unbreakable ductile grey cast iron. They are powder coated and feature good sized faces 50mm deep x 27mm wide. The bars of our Professional sash clamps have a unique chemically blackened surface to resist corrosion. The 32mm x 6mm bars are made from cold drawn steel for strength. The threaded spindles are 14mm diameter with twin start hardened rolled threads for rapid adjustment. The head has a flat base, allowing the clamp to stand upright without support. Max clamping pressure – 600Kg.
