Closure of SawStop Europe | What this means for you
An update for SawStop customers
SawStop has announced that it will discontinue the production and sale of new SawStop products in the UK and European markets from the end of 2026. SawStop will continue to operate in North America and all current operating regions, where its products remain available.
Products and accessories will remain available to purchase until 15 December 2026, or while stocks last. This is subject to availability.
What does this mean for existing SawStop owners?
SawStop remains committed to supporting existing customers throughout this transition and beyond. If you already own a SawStop saw, you can continue to use it as normal.
- Product support: SawStop will continue to provide support for existing products, with service arrangements managed directly by SawStop US.
- Warranties: Existing warranties will continue to be honoured and fulfilled.
- Spare parts and brake cartridges: These will remain available to European customers. Contact supporteurope@sawstop.com with the product model, serial number, and the part or issue you need help with.
- No immediate action required: Continue to follow the manufacturer's maintenance and operating guidance for your machine.
For support, warranty assistance or advice on purchasing spare parts, contact the SawStop team at supporteurope@sawstop.com.
What information should I keep for future support?
