Give your scissors the edge they deserve with the SC‑60 Scissors Jig – the simplest way to achieve professional precision on your Tormek. This jig sharpens most types of scissors and shears, from everyday kitchen scissors to heavy‑duty hedge shears, with a quick 60° angle setting for instant accuracy.
Its smart design combines a secure clamping system for stability, a hexagonally patterned support plate for ultra‑low friction, and reduced vibration for smooth, consistent results. Compatible with the Tormek T‑8, T‑4 and T‑2 Pro Kitchen Knife Sharpener, it’s faster, easier and more precise – the Tormek way.
The SC‑60 handles a wide range of blade shapes and sizes, following the unique bevel of each scissor for a uniform edge. Whether you’re restoring household scissors or garden shears, setup is quick and intuitive: clamp, set the angle, and glide across the wheel for a razor‑sharp finish. For longer scissors, simply disassemble and sharpen each blade separately.
Please note, while ideal for standard designs, it’s not recommended for hairdressing scissors or unconventional edges like pinking shears.
