Setting up and coring is much easier when you can plan the cut exactly beforehand. the Bowlsaver Light Guide makes it easy to establish where the blade is going to cut the wood blank.

The Light Guide has a post, which attaches to the pivot bolt of the Bowlsaver. It has an arm that holds a light pen positioned in line with the cutter. The Bowlsaver guide has three holes, one for each blade.
