Occasionally you may encounter a situation which prevents the wings of the Gripit plasterboard fixing from opening fully. For example, dot and dabbed plasterboard where the fixing point comes too close to a dot or a dab, or when fixing into insulated or double thickness plasterboard.

The Gripit Undercutting tool fits into the chuck of any power drill and precisely cuts the necessary recess for the Gripit wings. It is quick, easy to use and control and ensures your Gripit fixings are as strong and secure as intended.
