When it comes to flattening something like a table top this No.7 is unbeatable. Clifton planes are made from the finest materials by skilled and dedicated craftspersons. Fitted with a Walnut knob and tote, and a 60mm wide, 3mm thick O1 steel blade, like the other Clifton bench planes the 7 features a BEDROCK frog. This design provides solid support to the blade, preventing chatter and allowing you to adjust the width of the plane’s mouth without dismantling the plane. Overall length 555mm, weight 4.6kg.
