The Axcaliber range of Contract TCT (Tungsten Carbide Tipped) circular saw blades offers an unmatched blend of choice, cutting performance and price.

These 254mm diameter TCT tipped saw blades have sharp cutting point and edges for a better cut quality without chipping or splinters. As alternate top bevel blades (ATB), they are generally used for cross-cutting natural timber, plywood, veneer or hardboard. The alternating bevels on the top teeth create a sharp cutting edge, resulting in smooth cuts. Engineered with tensioned, ground plates, featuring laser-cut anti-vibration expansion slots to ensure smooth, stable operation. The cutting edges are formed from fine, micro grain tungsten carbide tips, which are CNC brazed and automatically ground to a razor-sharp finish, delivering clean, accurate cuts even in demanding applications.

30mm bore (a range of bore reducing bushes are available).

Available in various teeth formats: 24T Rip, 40T & 50T (Combination), 60T & 80T (Fine Crosscut).
