A standout feature of the DTSC 200 is the integrated LED light ring, which illuminates the work surface and highlights uneven areas as you sand. Two selectable light modes allow either full or dimmed illumination, while additional lighting settings can be customised via the Festool App, including brightness adjustment and delayed illumination for surface inspection after sanding.
Driven by the durable EC‑TEC motor, the sander delivers smooth, low‑vibration performance with minimal noise and reduced maintenance requirements. The large delta sanding pad enables efficient material removal while remaining precise enough for detailed work in recesses and corners. A carbide‑tipped sanding pad brake prevents uncontrolled pad rotation when idling, protecting the surface from scratches and reducing the need for rework.
