Scan Fold Flat Valved Disposable Masks are designed to deliver dependable respiratory protection, comfortably covering the nose, mouth, and chin. Made entirely from high-efficiency filter material, both FFP2 and FFP3 variants feature elasticated retaining straps and adjustable nose clips for a secure, tailored fit. The FFP2 masks include a soft foam nosepiece, while the FFP3 masks are equipped with a full PVC face seal and a non-irritating inner facepiece for added comfort. Both models fold flat for easy pocket storage, and the FFP3 version includes an exhalation valve to aid breathing.
FFP2 masks protect against particles between 2–5 microns and are suitable for tasks such as sanding softwood, hand sanding MDF, cutting slabs, and working with ceramic tile dust.
FFP3 masks offer enhanced protection against very fine particles smaller than 2 microns, making them ideal for loft insulation, hardwood dust, cutting MDF, stone cutting, and plastering.
Each mask is intended for single use and should be disposed of after each work period or every four-hour shift. Both types conform to EN149:2001 + A1:2009 standards.
