These Scan twin filter cartridges are designed for use with the Scan Reuseable Half Mask Respirator and Scan Full Face Respirator, offering a flexible respiratory protection system depending on the hazard.
The P3 particle filter cartridges provide high-efficiency protection against dust, smoke and aerosols, filtering up to 99.95% of airborne particles, and are intended for single-use applications. Use with adaptor to combine with other filters.
The P3R P3 cartridges offer the same level of filtration but are constructed from glass fibre and polypropylene for increased durability and reusability.
The A1 cartridges are for gas protection and are suited to organic vapours and gases.
The A1B1E1K1 cartridges provide broader coverage against organic and inorganic gases, acid gases and ammonia, making them suitable for more demanding industrial environments.
Where both particulate and gas protection is required, the P3 Cartridge Adaptor allows the combination of particle and gas filters enabling configurations such as A1P3 or A1B1E1K1P3. A rubber gasket ensures a secure, airtight seal for effective filtration. They also have a bayonet fitting for Scan particle filters.
All cartridges are supplied in packs of two.
