Courses offered range from HR skills to manual handling, forklift truck driving to health and safety, plus management skills and professional qualifications. Staff are encouraged to gain qualifications through their personal development plans.

Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust
In 2020 The Queen Elizabeth Scholarship (QEST) celebrated its 30th anniversary and in that time has awarded nearly £5million to 600 individuals working in over 130 different crafts. In 2021 Axminster Tools are sponsoring a scholar through QEST.
