January - Customer Service

In 2015, we finally got our act together and introduced dedicated customers service agents to support our growing Social Media channels.

We are now available Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm, across Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Youtube.

February - Pancake Day

In February, we got busy inventing new ways to squeeze lemons for Pancake Day!

March - Wey aye, man!

March saw the grand opening of our North Shields store, pet!

April - April Fools' Day

On 1st April we introduced the revolutionary Rider Reversa Hand Plane... We genuinely had people phone up to buy this!?

May - Earthquake

In May, a huge earthquake hit Kent causing havoc at our Sittingbourne store! But don't worry, no tools were harmed!!

June - Wimbledon

June was the start of Wimbledon and our attempt to tenuously marry a bad pun with a tool related fact!

July - Pimm's o'clock all month!

We don't remember much from July!?

August - Tsugua!?

In August, we opened the Axminster Leftorium to support the very artistic, intelligent and occasionally cack-handed lefties out there!

September - Black and Yellow comes back to Axminster

During September we reintroduced DeWALT to our power tool range.

When coming up with video ideas for how we could launch DeWALT we thought it would be really fun to have Charlie learn all the names of the DeWALT tools. However, this became quite tiresome after about the 50th take!!

October - Halloween Fright Night

There were some spooky goings on in October with our Skill Centre CCTV picking up some unusual footage!!
