The GHO 26-82D sails through timber and leaves an excellent finish. This is a compact and easy-to-use planer with Bosch’s professional build quality. The 710W motor provides plenty of power for any planing or fitting work both in the workshop or on site. It planes smooth and true, using a single Bosch Woodrazor blade, leaving a finish every bit as good as a twin bladed planer. When planing new doors, should you hit a staple or nail, you will only damage one blade rather than two. Of course, it then takes half the time to change the blade. No further setting or balancing is required. The solid TC blades are long lasting to begin with. Depending on the work situation, chippings can be set to clear on either the left or right hand side. The design of the front plate and its housing is close fitting, preventing any play or distortion. Depth of cut is up to 2.6mm, setting is accurate in 0.1mm increments. Safety features include a lock-out button to prevent accidental start-up and an automatically extending parking rest to protect the workpiece and/or bench top.
Supplied with side fence, dust bag and carry case.
