Everbuild 501 PVA Bond is what you call a key ingredient. 501 PVA is a multi-purpose bonding agent, primer, sealer, cement and plaster admixture. Commonly diluted and used to prime walls prior to plastering, rendering, tiling or painting. 501 PVA has a multitude of other uses; as an adhesive on wood, cork, textiles. It works well for general dust sealing on flaking paintwork or bare brick walls for example. Used as an admixture in cement and plaster it reduces the water:cement ratio for equivalent workability, reduces the surface porosity and improves frost resistance. Truly multi-purpose.
Fully conforms to BS 5270.
