KS120 REB Mitre Saw
The KAPEX KS120 REB offers impressive capacity and uncompromising accuracy. It is capable of cutting boards and panels up to 305mm wide and 88mm thick and trimming crown mouldings up to 168 mm in their original wall position.
The KS120 REB features eleven preset mitre angles and a twin-line laser beam. The beams indicate precisely where the blade will cut. Variable speed means you can adapt to different materials for the best cutting performance. The main casting provides a firm foundation for the twin bars, which support the saw head giving the saw its supreme accuracy and solid feel. Pull out side extensions provide extra support to longer workpieces.
The machine comes with a 60-tooth TCT blade, a work clamp and an adjustable bevel, which, transfers angles for interior and exterior angles and dissects angle automatically for easy saw setting. Crown stops (available as an optional accessory) support crown moulding or cornice at the correct angle for cutting perfectly accurate mitre joints.
Base frame (UG - KAPEX) with detachable right and left had extensions
The KS120 REB fits easily onto the UG base frame and forms a stable unit with a working height of 900mm. The saw and frame combination offer great portability. The saw folds down into the frame, the frame acts as a handle and the two wheels make transport extremely easy.
The left and right extensions fit to the base frame, each one is 1,480mm in length and both feature telescopic extensions giving each a maximum support length of 2,400mm, complete with measuring scales.
