Osmo D3 Express is a ready to use, water based, low VOC wood glue. D3 Express dries within five minutes, can be handled after 20 minutes and is 80% cured in 24 hours, achieving full water resistance after seven days.

It’s special formula conforms to EN 204 (D3) water resistance class. D3 classification states the adhesive is suitable for interior use with frequent short-term exposure to running or condensed water and/or heavy exposure to high humidity. Exterior areas not exposed to weather.

Ready to use, it can be applied with a mechanical glue spreader, brush, roller or an air-activated glue gun. Osmo D3 Express will bond all types of wooden materials, chipboard and flat laminates and is particularly suitable for moisture-resistant bonds. It's also suitable for fixing paper, cardboard, paper or textile-backed PVC cloth to wood. Can also be used to bond exterior timber such as window-frames, external doors and other joinery. Dries clear, clean up with water (damp cloth/sponge).
