How to GripIt?
GripIt’s quick fix design make installations simple!
Drill It
Drill a hole into the plasterboard with the correct size drill bit for your requirement.
Tap It
Push the GripIt fixing into the hole and gently tap until the collar sits against the surface.
Turn It
Using a flat screwdriver, turn the insert 90° clockwise to open up the wings at the back of the fix.
Use positioning shown for correct fixing.
Open the GripIt wings by turning the rotary insert. GripIts are also re-useable: simply turn wing screws to release & remove. All GripIts are sold with the recommended screws.

The Gripit Undercutting tool fits into the chuck of any power drill and precisely cuts the necessary recess for the Gripit wings. It is quick, easy to use and control and ensures your Gripit fixings are as strong and secure as intended.
