The GHO 12V-20 cordless compact planer from Bosch is uniquely similar in size and weight to an equivalent hand plane. The ergonomic design and relatively small size make it easy to use one handed. The grip puts your hand in an ideal balanced position for good control and comfortable handling. The highly efficient EC brushless motor provides the benefits of extended battery runtimes, increased power transmission and a long maintenance free service life. Machining the main planer block housing from a solid block of aluminium adds to the tool’s durability.
The maximum cutting depth is 2mm, optimised for depths of up to 1mm, with a maximum planing width of 56mm. The GHO 12V-20 can cut rebates up to 17m deep. The blades are long lasting tungsten carbide and reversible. Dust extraction is switchable, left or right, to suit the planing direction; you can also use a dust bag.
The GHO 12V-20 is fully compatible with all Bosch Professional 10.8/12V Li-ion batteries and comes with a blade. This is a body only machine supplied without batteries or charger.
