The pre-load insertion tool aids in the correct placing of the Tenso pre-load clips into the Tenso connector. It fits both the P-14 and P-10 size pre-load clips. The Tenso’s high clamping force is one of its main features, resulting in a firm joint. However, when using several connectors at a time, considerable force is required to make the final connection. The pre-load clips lower the amount of force required to make the connection without lessening the final clamping power.
