The RJH Gerbil 2020 Vacuum Form Trimmer is a versatile machine. It offers a simple and safe way of trimming vacuum formed parts and much more. The Gerbil 2020 comes with a Tungsten carbide abrasive disc and holder for general trimming. In addition, a Tungsten carbide flange cutter, two flap wheels for general deburring plus finishing & polishing mops and compounds. It features a metal tilting worktop adjustable from 0° to 10° with an adjustable guide fence and a dust extraction fence incorporating tool guard. A large diameter hand wheel make easy work of tool height adjustment (max height 35mm)

Ideally suited for Design and Technology workshops in schools and colleges and prototype packaging applications. The 2020 is a versatile and cost effective trimming solution. A No volt safety switch is fitted as standard.

The Gerbil 2020 complies with UK COSHH regulations, the European Machinery Directive and with the BS 4163:2014 “Health and Safety for Design and Technology in schools and similar establishments” regulations. All RJH education machines carry a 24 month warranty and are supplied with an operating manual.
