The ROJEK MSP 415 is an industrial planer thicknesser with single lift cast iron tables. Large hinges with torsion springs make it easy to handle the cast iron tables when changing from one function to the other. It has a large 410mm planing width and a 400 x 230mm thicknessing capacity. This machine is ideal for a modern and busy professional workshop and will give years of service.
This package gives you the best in class MSP 415 planer thicknesser combined with a 1ph motor and, most importantly, the latest spiral cutter block. With the spiral cutter block, fiddly knife changes are a thing of the past. Fitted with 3 spirals, it features 56 15mm square solid tungsten cutters arranged in a helical pattern. Each edge lasts over ten times longer than HSS, and when the cutters eventually dull, simply rotate them to a fresh edge. Spiral cutter blocks produce a silky smooth finish, without any visible lines across the board, and are notably quieter to run and reduce strain on your machine. Extraction is more efficient due to the smaller size of the chips.
