The ball nose cutter is ideal for cutting channels, leaving a 3.2mm radius rounded bottom to the cut. It makes a good choice for lettering and signage. Made of solid carbide it is suitable for a wide variety of materials and specialty applications
The spiral upcut design lifts waste out of the cut, at the same time helping keep the Shaper down on the work surface. These solid carbide cutters ensure a very clean fast action, greatly reducing tearout and help ensure a smooth finish. The design gives a shear cutting action.
