Setting up the UJK Fusion Workbench is simple, and its configuration and layout can be easily changed to suit your workshop requirements. Its size ensures it will fit in most garages or small workshops where space is at a premium.

Traditional workbenches, while solid and stable, can be inflexible with limited clamping options. This is where the UJK Fusion Workbench truly excels. The bench features a replaceable UJK Work Top with T-Track offering micro height adjustments for use with a tracksaw and allowing for various hold-down accessories. The apron, which sits at 160mm, includes a UJK universal T-Track, enabling the use of guide rail clamps as well as T-bolt clamps. The apron also has a series of dog holes—nine pairs above and below the track—to position the clamp vertically. These dog holes in the apron align with those on the top, useful for assembling right-angle pieces. Vertical dog holes can also be found in the tail vice, ensuring very secure vertical clamping.

Where traditional vices can be cumbersome, the UJK Fusion Workbench offers all the benefits of an MFT-style bench with multiple clamping capabilities. It includes two vices, one interchangeable to either side of the bench, plus a handy storage shelf, making it an adaptable bench perfect for any workshop.

Wood naturally absorbs and releases moisture based on the surrounding environment, causing the possibility of it to expand or contract with changes in humidity and temperature. This natural movement can cause very slight variations in the size of the 20mm dog holes. To handle any potential changes, we recommend using the UJK Chamfer & Reamer Tool (part 107868). This tool is specifically designed to slightly enlarge the 20mm holes, allowing for future movement or shrinkage due to fluctuations in moisture and temperature.
