The KNIPEX 74 06 Series High Leverage Diagonal Cutters are the ultimate tool for professionals who demand precision and reliability. These cutters are designed with multi-component grips and are VDE tested up to 10,000V, ensuring safety for work up to 1,000V. Conforming to DIN EN / IEC 60900 standards, they feature an integrated forged axle for cutting all types of wire, including piano wire.
Made from forged, vanadium electric steel and multi-stage oil-hardened, these cutters boast a chrome-plated finish and precision cutting edges that are additionally induction-hardened to approximately 64 HRC. The high cutting performance with minimal effort is achieved through the optimal coordination of the cutting edge angle and transmission ratio.
