This template guide enables you to precisely drill rows of holes using the DDF40 Duo Dowel Jointer on the edge, into the end or in the centre of a board up to 800mm wide. Notches on the template correspond to matching notches on the machine’s base plate for exact spacing and alignment. You can choose to drill a complete row at 32mm centres or pairs of holes at 64mm, 96mm centres etc. Use a pencil mark on the middle section of the template to indicate the desired spacing. The starting distance from the top of the board is adjustable and has a scale for easy setting. Clamp jaws on the underside ensure the template stays in position in use. The rear clamp jaw features fast slide adjustment to accommodate any panel width up to 800mm.
