    These spiral 'O' flute router bits are ideal for industrial applications and are manufactured to produce optimum results on every cut, and should help make aluminium projects less labor-intensive. Made from the highest quality sub-micrograin carbide, they feature a polished mirror finish cutting edge. This means a cleaner cut, reduced risk of chip re-welding, superior surface finish, and extended tool life. Right hand helix right hand cut. These router bits can be used to cut the following materials: ALPOLIC® Copper Composite Material (CCM) Alucobond® Aluminum Aluminum 5052 Aluminum 6061 Aluminum Alloys Aluminum Composite Materials (ACM) Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) Alupanel® Brass Copper Dibond® Durabond e-panel™ Etalbond® Fomex® with Aluminum Face Gold Non-Ferrous Metals Plastic Silver Solid Surface Titanium Composite Material (TCM) Wood These cutters feature a Zirconium Nitride (ZrN) coating, which offers these benefits: A harder and tougher cutting edge, leading to increased life of the cutting edge and reduced build up in the flutes during cutting. Increased spinning rate compared to an uncoated tool. A low Total Indicated Runout (TIR) and optimized flute geometry: resulting in clean cuts and reduced chatter under high chip loads, and virtually eliminate sanding. High flute volume supporting high feed rates and chip loads. High aspect ratio for single pass deep-reach cutting. Suitable for use with CNC Routers and shouldn't be used with a handheld router. Do not cut ferrous metals with these bits. It's recommended to use mist lubricant system or air cooling for best results and extended tool life.
