A practical and cost-effective transparent antistatic hose, made from PU and copper, ideal for woodworking machinery and workshop extraction systems. Lightweight yet highly durable, it features a polyether polyurethane wall reinforced with a copper coated spring steel wire helix, providing excellent flexibility and long-lasting performance in demanding workshop environments while meeting antistatic and ATEX standards.
The smooth internal bore helps maintain strong airflow, while the hose remains flexible even in low temperatures, with an operating range from -40°C to +100°C. It also offers excellent abrasion resistance and is resistant to oils, petrol, hydrolysis and microbes.
Suitable for extracting dust, fumes and wood waste in both fixed and mobile setups. Available in various length and diameter configurations and also available in two wall thicknesses: choose 0.4mm for maximum flexibility and easier routing, or 0.6mm for increased durability in heavy duty applications.
Flame retardant to DIN 4102 B1. Permanently antistatic according to ISO 8031. Meets TRGS 727 and ATEX 2014/34/EU requirements. Electrically conductive when the wire is grounded.
