It has a strong  welded and braced steel frame along with a generously sized cast iron table with a steel plate rear extension. The  widely spaced mounting trunnions underneath the table give extra table support and ensure that the table tilt is a smooth operation. A standard 19mm mitre fence slot is provided. The rip fence cam-locks solidly to the front rail and is adjustable to the blade for accuracy. Twin scales allow the fence to be used on either side of the blade.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe bandsaw has ball bearing side and thrust guides; these give great support and are very easy to set up. Once set, they stay set unless you change the width of the blade. A rack and pinion system adjusts the upper blade guide height.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe dust extraction is via two ports, one close to the bottom guides, the other in the lower wheel cabinet. An interconnecting hose means just one 63mm connection port needs coupling to a suitable vacuum extractor. There are twin blade speeds, giving flexibility for many jobs.
