Bosch PRO GFF 18V-22 Cordless Biscuit Joiner offers the freedom of cordless working combined with the precision required for professional biscuit jointing. It will cut accurate crescent shaped slots in solid timber and sheet materials, perfect for 4mm wooden biscuits and other connectors. As an 18V cordless tool, it offers unrestricted movement around the workshop or job site without the limitations of a power cable.
Engineered for accuracy and ease of use, the GFF 18V-22 features variable depth, height and angle adjustment without the need for additional tools. The depth is variable with 6 lock-in depths up to a maximum of 22mm; a height adjustable fence stop allows for different material thicknesses; finally, the tilt angle adjustment also has lock-in points at 0°, 30°, 45°, 60° and 90°. A smooth plunge action, robust aluminium angle guides and clear horizontal and vertical cutting indicators ensure precise, repeatable results across a wide range of joinery applications.
Brushless motor technology delivers efficient performance, increased durability and extended runtime. The GFF 18V-22 also features soft start and restart protection, which protects users if the power is interrupted. With a maximum cutting depth of 22mm, a 105mm diameter cutter and a no-load speed of 11,000rpm, the GFF 18V-22 is ideal for producing strong, accurate biscuit joints in hardwood, softwood, plywood, chipboard and fibreboard. An integrated dust port connects directly to either the supplied dust bag or a compatible dust extractor without an adaptor, helping to maintain a cleaner working environment.
Bosch Professional tools are engineered for demanding trade and workshop use, combining durability, precision and user-focused innovation to deliver reliable results day after day. Ideal for furniture makers, cabinet makers, fit-out specialists and joiners, the GFF 18V-22 is perfect for creating corner, mitre, bevel, frame and panel joints with speed and accuracy.
