KNIPEX Diagonal Cutters are designed for precision and safety, making them an indispensable tool for all-round use. These cutters are fitted with multi-component grips and are VDE tested up to 10,000V, ensuring they are safe for work up to 1,000V. They conform to DIN EN / IEC 60900 standards, providing peace of mind for professional users.
The narrow head style of these cutters allows for use in confined areas, making them versatile and practical. The head is made from forged, vanadium electric steel that has been multi-stage oil-hardened, ensuring durability and long service life. The chrome-plated finish adds to their high-quality appearance and resistance to wear.
The precision cutting edges are suitable for both soft and hard wire, and they are additionally induction hardened to approximately 62 HRC. This ensures clean cutting of thin copper wires, even at the cutting-edge tips, making these cutters reliable and efficient.
