The Kreg Pocket‑Hole Jig 520PRO is a highly versatile, grab‑and‑go solution for creating strong, accurate pocket‑hole joints wherever you’re working. Designed for flexibility, it allows you to drill pocket holes directly onto assembled projects or individual components without wrestling large boards into position. Whether you’re working in the workshop, on site or in the driveway, the 520PRO adapts easily to almost any orientation, making it ideal for cabinets, frames and general joinery.
Integrated VersaGrip™ clamping technology uses a pump‑action handle with a reverse trigger, allowing quick, controlled clamping and unclamping with one hand. A rugged 360‑degree rotating handle helps the jig sit comfortably against workpieces, while the GripMaxx™ anti‑slip surface holds material securely in place for consistent results. Preset thickness settings make setup fast and repeatable for 12mm, 19mm and 38mm material, supported by a patented drill bit and stop collar for accurate depth control.
Built for long‑term reliability, the jig features a durable, impact‑resistant polymer body reinforced with a steel frame and hardened steel drill guides, all designed to stand up to regular workshop and site use. Supplied with 60 Kreg pocket‑hole screws, the 520PRO is ready to use straight out of the box and can also be expanded into a benchtop setup using compatible Kreg accessories, sold separately.
The Pocket‑Hole Jig 520PRO is compatible with Kreg pocket‑hole screws and plugs, the Kreg Micro‑Pocket™ Drill Guide Kit 530, Easy‑Set drill bits, the Kreg Docking Station and the Kreg Pocket‑Hole Jig Clamp.
The jig is supplied with an Easy‑Set drill bit, a 6″ #2 driver bit, an Easy‑Set stop collar and a material thickness gauge, along with 60 Kreg pocket‑hole screws to get you started straight away.
The hardened steel drill guides are covered by a lifetime warranty.
