The Kreg Precision Router Table System is a comprehensive, highly adjustable setup designed to deliver accuracy and control for a wide range of routing tasks. Combining a large, stable table top, a self‑squaring T‑square style fence and a heavy‑duty steel stand, it provides a complete solution for precision routing in the workshop.
At the centre of the system is Kreg’s anodised aluminium Precision Router Table Fence, which uses a table‑saw‑style T‑square mechanism to keep the fence parallel to the mitre slot at all times. One‑handed adjustment allows the fence to be positioned quickly, while dual locking points secure it firmly to prevent movement or deflection. An integrated measuring scale and micro‑adjust wheel make fine positioning straightforward, helping achieve accurate setups for different cutter sizes.
Independent sliding fence faces allow close support around the cutter and help improve chip extraction through the built‑in dust port. Supplied jointing rods can be fitted behind the outfeed face, allowing the fence to be used for light jointing operations to true board edges. The fence sits on a large, vibration‑damping router table top with a 25mm MDF core and a smooth, high‑pressure laminate surface that allows workpieces to glide easily. Steel reinforcement beneath the table helps maintain long‑term flatness, while a combined mitre‑gauge and T‑track accepts accessories and jigs.
The table and fence are supported by a heavy‑gauge steel stand with adjustable height settings from 787mm to 991mm, along with levelling feet to compensate for uneven floors. Predrilled mounting points make it easy to add accessories or customise the setup. Designed to be adaptable, the system can also be configured using the Precision Router Table Top or stand separately to suit individual workshop needs.
