Keep your cutting tools at their best with the Microjig BLADECLEAN Blade & Bit Cleaning System. Dirty blades and router bits place additional strain on machinery and are often mistaken for being dull. In many cases, a thorough clean is all that's needed. With BLADECLEAN, you can clean an entire side of a circular saw blade in a single motion, making maintenance fast and efficient.

Suitable for circular saw blades up to 305mm (12) in diameter, the system features industrial grade aluminium oxide cleaning pads that reach into every nook and cranny of the blade. The magnetic handle securely attaches to the blade, keeping your hands away from sharp teeth and cleaning fluids for added safety.

The included router bit holder accommodates up to five router bits at once, making it easy to clean multiple cutters in a single session. The locking lid features an additional well for storing and soaking the bits. Compatible with 1/4, 1/2, 6mm, 8mm and 12mm shank sizes, it uses dedicated scouring discs to thoroughly clean even intricate profiles.

Featuring integrated seals to reduce cleaning fluid evaporation, the BLADECLEAN system is an efficient saw blade cleaner that makes woodworking tool maintenance quicker, safer and more effective. By keeping saw blades and router bits free from debris and dirt, it helps extend tool life and maintain optimum cutting performance.

Supplied with BLADECLEAN cleaning well, magnetic handle, wire brush, cleaning discs, rotary tool mandrel.

Please note, the BLADECLEAN features seals to prevent evaporation of cleaning fluid, but is not water tight. It should be kept upright during use and storage to prevent spilling.
