The Perform PD216SMS Slide Mitre Saw is a compact tool designed with cutting versatility and space saving in mind. Featuring a forward facing guide rail system, this saw can be positioned closer to the wall - ideal for workshops with limited floor space.

Equipped with a 1.4kW motor and a 216mm diameter blade, the PD216SMS delivers a blade speed of up to 5,000rpm, enabling smooth and precise cuts across a variety of materials. The Teflon-coated blade offers contract-grade performance straight out of the box.

This mitre saw supports a wide range of cutting angles, mitring from 0 to 47 in both directions and beveling to the left from 0 to 47, making it suitable for a variety of angled cuts. Trenching cuts can be achieved by adjusting the depth stops. Achieve precise cuts with the mitre saw's shadow line, clearing indicating the exact cutting path for easy alignment. Use the clamp to securely hold the timber in place, preventing any movement and enhancing safety. With a generous cutting capacity of up to 305mm wide and 80mm deep, the saw also features left and right pull-out extension bed supports for handling longer lengths of timber.

To help keep your workspace clean, a dust bag is provided or there's a 38mm dust extraction outlet that you can connect to a vacuum extractor.

Ideal for tasks such as decking, trim, moulding, and other indoor or outdoor woodworking projects, this saw is perfect for beginners or as a reliable, light-duty addition to any workshop.
