The Restorer Sandpaper Flap Sanding Drums are ideal for removing rust, oxidation layers, paint, minor scratches and for the regraining and burnishing of metals. They are made of a metal surface with radial aluminium-oxide abrasive cloth flaps, and come in 3 different grit types.
The 80 grit sanding drum is perfect for soft sanding.
The 120 grit sanding drum is ideal for stripping paint from flat wood surfaces, without gouging into the surface.
The 240 grit sanding drum is excellent for fine sanding, perfect for stripping paint and stain from wood veneers and thin surfaces. It is used for removing very light rust, paint, burnishing of metals etc.
