REWARDS is a loyalty programme by Axminster Tools that rewards customers for their purchases and loyalty. As a member you can earn Points for a number of actions including for every pound spent and redeem them for discount codes.
Signing up is easy! REWARDS is an extension of your Axminster Tools website account - simply register a website account with us and choose to opt-in to our REWARDS programme during registration.
If you already have an Axminster Tools online account simply visit the REWARDS page and click the Join button or visit the REWARDS page under My Account to opt-in.
As a reward for signing up, you'll receive 50 Points.
You can earn Points if a discount code was applied however the amount of Points earned will equal the value you paid. For example if your order was £100 and you applied a £5 discount, you will only get 95 Points.
The standard number of Points you will collect is one REWARDS point for every £1 you spend excluding any delivery charges. You can also earn Points for joining REWARDS, referring friends, writing reviews and engaging with us on social media channels.
You can redeem your REWARDS Points for discount codes, provided you are using a minimum of 100 Points and the order value is £60 or more.
Simply Sign In to your account and select the discount code reward you want to redeem. Once you have selected your discount code reward a discount code will be presented to you. Copy and paste this code in to the Discount Code field on the basket page to apply.
You can access your REWARDS info within your customer account. Sign In to your account and click onto the REWARDS tab or simply visit our REWARDS page and you'll see how many Points you have and what rewards can be redeemed.
Alternatively, if you're in one of our stores or on the phone to us, a member of staff can check for you.
No. That’s the best part about REWARDS. You will always have an opportunity to earn more Points by shopping with us, engaging with our brand, our community online and through seasonal sales.
Unfortunately, we can only accept one discount code per order at present. This means you cannot use your redeemed reward codes in conjunction with other discount codes. You also cannot use more than one loyalty reward discount code per order.
REWARDS offers the opportunity for you to earn Points for completing actions like subscribing to our YouTube channel and leaving product reviews. To earn these Points you must be logged in when taking these actions. All Points earning opportunities can be found under the REWARDS page or REWARDS section of your account.
Your Points will appear in your account once your order has been fully despatched for orders placed on axminstertools.com and over the phone. For orders placed physically in one of our stores, your points will appear in your account shortly after order completion.
If you decide to return all or part of your order, the Points you received for the returned item(s) will also be deducted from your REWARDS Points balance.
