The RJH Deer (3ph 415V) Bandfacer meets strict performance and safety criteria, and is ideally suited for use in schools and colleges. This robustly built machine is designed for manual flat finishing on wood, acrylic or metal. It comes with integral guarding, an adjustable work table and mitre guide. Particular attention has been given to safety, ergonomic design and user-friendly features.
The machine is mounted on a substantial pedestal stand with bolt holes for secure fixing to the workshop floor. The stand features an emergency foot operated stop switch. The quick-action adjustable work table and the mitre guide guarantee accurate simple and compound angles. The table can be positioned between 90° and 135° in relation to the abrasive belt.
The Deer complies with UK COSHH regulations, the European Machinery Directive and with the BS 4163:2014 “Health and Safety for Design and Technology in schools and similar establishments” regulations. All RJH education machines carry a 2 year warranty.
Supplied with 150 x 1090mm aluminium oxide abrasive belt. Suitable dust extraction is a requirement.
