From SCM Genius range, the SC1G Panel Saw is aimed at demanding home users and small light trade joinery workshops. Capable of cross cutting up to 1,200m wide and rip cutting with the fence up to 700mm it fulfils its brief well.
The SCM Minimax SC1G (Genius) complete with a sliding table is good value for money with a high build quality from a well established Italian woodworking machine manufacturer.
It offers exceptional cutting precision in its class. The blade is 250mm giving a maximum cutting height at 90° of 80mm and 64mm at 45°. The blade can be raised and tilted using convenient hand-wheels. The sliding table, with a 1,200 mm stroke, slides smoothly ensuring better cutting precision and comes with an adjustable stop for repeat cuts. A strong anodised aluminium fence enables rip cutting up to 700mm.
