The 5-piece set comes in a strong wooden storage box comprising the following commonly used sizes: 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35mm. Holes bored with these Forstner bits are clean, accurate and flat bottomed. Only a Forstner will bore half a hole on the edge of a board or overlapping holes. Flat-bottomed holes are useful for decorative inlays or in the case of the 35mm, indispensable for kitchen cabinet hinges. Forged from one piece of high quality tool steel for extra strength.
Shank sizes are 8mm for the 15, 20, 25 and 30mm bits and 10mm shank for the 35mm.
