The Festool TSC 55 KEB plunge saw teamed up with a Festool 1,400mm guide rail. An unbeatable combination when it comes to perfectly straight cuts and overall performance. The saw runs on either one or two 18V batteries and uses a 1.8mm kerf blade. With both batteries and the narrow kerf it performs at up to twice the speed of previous models.
A unique kickback stop protects you and your workpiece. It minimises the risk from kickbacks when plunge cutting, stopping the blade in the blink of an eye. The brushless EC-TEC motor combined with two batteries makes the TSC as powerful as a mains-powered machine.
Dust control is into a collection bag or connection to a suitable extractor via Bluetooth® for virtually dust-free work.
A transparent viewing window gives a good view for the start and finish of a plunge cut. A detachable splinter guard in front of the blade, offers a virtually splinter-free finish on both sides of the work. Angle adjustment from -1° to 47° allows a slight undercut for perfect butt joints. The cut line remains the same no matter what the cutting angle. The slimline housing allows you to make cuts as close as 12mm.
Supplied with 42 tooth thin kerf blade and Systainer SYS3 M 337 carry case. Part of the Festool 18V family of tools.
