Hi guys.
I have discovered the three most used words on the Axminster website is "OUT OF STOCK" . Whilst Jason, Colwin and the rest of the team are busting a gut to showcase many of the great products on the tutorials , all the items they recommend appear to be out of stock. Although I continue to place orders on "back order" it seems as if there is no movement on many of the orders. I do realize that the Covid situation would affect stock levels but items that are stated as being available for delivery in three weeks have gone way past that time scale.
Would it be possible to update the order details to let us know exactly when the items that appear to be in limbo will arrive?
Colin, I've found this frustrating too. I've found however that some items, that show as out of stock, can be found at stores for click and collect. I would guess that the stores would be able to mail out these items themselves.
Hi Colin, if you'd like to contact our Customer Service team cs@axminstertools.com with your order details or with the products you are looking at they will be able to assist you further.
Colin, I agree with you. I have just looked back at an email I received regarding the clearance sale just before Christmas. The first three items were showing 'out of stock'. If they were out of stock why put them in a clearance sale?
True its naver in stock
