The Lamello Flexus P-14 connectors feature flexible locating pins in place of the rigid locating pins found on the Lamello Clamex P-14. This flexibility allows panels to be brought together at an angle. The ability to bring panels together in this way opens up a whole new range of possibilities and assembly sequences. The flexible locating pins act in exactly the same way, keeping the workpiece in position and in all other respects the Flexus P-14 offers all the advantages of the Clamex P-14. Once installed it is almost totally invisible, only a single 6mm hole shows. A T-slot is cut using a Lamello Zeta P2 biscuit jointer. The Flexus P-14 has the matching ‘T’ shaped profile and slides into place, no screws or glue are needed. A pivot lever locks the two halves together. The lever is locked using a hexagon key though the 6mm hole forming a very secure joint. Made from fibreglass reinforced plastic with a zinc die-cast lever for strength (tensile fitting strength 1000N = 100kg). Minimum thickness 12mm. Overall size 64 x 13.5 x 9.7mm / 57 x 7.5 x 9.7mm. This unique fitting overcomes many design problems.
