SmartBench finally brings CNC routing capability into your workshop or on site. Perfect for Furniture Making, cabinetry, panelling, interior design, boat building, caravan fitting, camper fitting, car restoration, sign making, carving, and much more - SmartBench allows new levels of creativity, accuracy and time-saving as well as efficient use of materials.
SmartBench works on material sizes up to 2,500mm by 1,250mm (8’ x 4’) with an impressive cutting depth up to 152mm (6”) – meaning the machine is equally at home drilling, cutting shapes, machining components or even making intricate carvings.
It is perfect for a wide variety of materials, including wood, plywood, MDF, Corian, Acrylic, aluminium and many more. The revolutionary design gives a high degree of accuracy over the entire work surface. Operation could not be simpler. The touchscreen control unit can receive jobs or
cutting instructions via wi-fi or USB. SmartBench uses nc or gcode files and can be supplied with highly intuitive software which can be used on a Mac or PC. SmartBench fits into a van for transport to site, where it can be set up and ready to go in just a few minutes. Where workshop space is at a premium, it is easy to store when not in use. The unit disassembles in seven easily transported parts -making it easy for one person to handle.

Trend CNC VCarve Pro software

The VCarve Pro is an impressive and intuitive software solution for use with a CNC router and the perfect addition to the Precision Pro SmartBench. The VCarve Pro software includes a full set of drawing and editing tools for 2D design and the calculation of 2D and 2.5D toolpaths. It can import and create toolpaths for 2D designs and for a single 3D design (STL, OBJ, SKP etc).

The Pro version allows true shape nesting, toolpath templates to automate and reuse toolpath strategies working on components larger than 600 X 600 mm.
