The 3 year guarantee covers parts and labour providing:
- You have purchased the correct product for your intended purpose in accordance with our classification
- The product is operated correctly
- You have maintained and serviced the product in accordance with the instructions (proof may be required)
The Guarantee does NOT cover:
- Products purchased for use outside our classification advice e.g. Workshop product used for business purposes
- Consumable items e.g., original blades, knives, drive belts or abrasives
- Issues identified due to normal wear and tear, misuse and neglect
- The product has been operated with blunt/incorrect tooling
- The product has been modified
